Again, even though getting a book published has been a dream for like, my entire life, to have it actually happen is kinda surreal. And it’s exciting to be able to give away a copy with my own little fun contest.

Almost everyone got this one right. I guess that means people did read the book description!
2. A Spicy Secret is part of the Annie’s Attic Mystery series. What number in the series is it?
A: #22
Two people were very close – one guessed 21 and one guessed 23, and two people guessed correctly!
~Trivia Questions about dSavannah~
1. How old was dSavannah when she learned to crochet?
A: Five. A family friend taught me, and I’ve been doing it ever since!
One person got this right. Most people guessed that I learned as a teenager.
2. Who is dSavannah’s very favorite author?
A: My very favorite authors are Terry Pratchett and Charles de Lint. Of course I read lots and lots of other authors.
The guesses were: Eugenia Price, and I’ve read very little of her work, amazingly, even though most of it is set in Savannah (people think I live in the city of Savannah, tho I don’t); Agatha Christie, who I have never read; KD McCrite, a hilarious and perfect answer, as she is a friend and I have read and edited her books; Jane Eyre, who is of course not an author but a fictional character created by Charlotte Brontë; and Margaret Atwood, who I have read and do read and enjoy reading. In fact, I just bought another of her books.
3. True or False: was dSavannah in a plane crash as a kid?
Half of the people who answered this got it right.
A: True. I was in a plane crash when I was a kid. I vividly remember the before (my sister throwing up. Lots of people praying and moaning. Getting into crash positions.), but nothing about the during or after. It was Delta; we were on our way to San Juan, Puerto Rico, then to St. Thomas, VI (where we lived for 3.5 years), and had to turn around. Our plane crash-landed on the runway in Miami due to landing-gear failure.
I didn’t fly Delta for about 12 years after that. Then I had to, for work, and I had no problems. No fear, no hyperventilating, no nothing.
When people say they’re afraid of flying, I laugh. It’s not the flying that’s the issue. It’s the crash-landing.
4. How many books are in dSavannah’s TBR pile?
Only one person got this even remotely right, and that’s only because she is a book whore like me.
A: I honestly have no idea. But it’s a LOT. I have over 50 books downloaded to my Kindle app, and probably 250 “old-style” books just waiting to be read. And I can’t seem to stop myself from getting more!
