Chiara Fero has put her soul and everything physical on the line to pursue deep healing for her body, mind, and spirit. The last couple of years she has dived deep to experiment on herself with techniques she believed would create the powerful and permanent shift that she needed in order to re-birth herself. And now, she’s ready to pass on what she’s learned – because, brilliant girl, she documented her journey every step of the way in order to make it as concrete as possible for future healing sojourners.
Chiara has just launched a crowdfunding campaign for her project which will involve the real-izing of a feature length documentary, a book and an online program to help other people navigate rebirth and healing elegantly and effectively.

Sue Biely may be wrapping up for the season, but she has got some stuff going ON!
Playshops are 90 minute weekly sessions of creativity and play for adults. They are like your weekly yoga class, but instead of stretching your body we’re working your creative thinking skills. Each night Sue moves participants through a series of activities to stimulate lateral thinking, non-linear communication, creative expression, play and general ‘getting back to being kids-ness’.
The goal of Playshops is to enhance the ability of individuals to experience flow on their own and with others through co-creations. Learning to be creative together may just help us with some of the problems we’re facing in the world. This is a great place to just show up, leave work behind, and have some fun with other great humans.

Lucca Hallex and Rebecca Mears, owner of Catching Fire Coaching, interview adventurous, innovative, and unusual souls. They’ve hosted a guy who’s built a replica WWII trench. They’ve talked to a fashionista fostering positive change by sewing a little cotton label into every garment that says ‘I am love’. Another guest was someone attempting to meeting people’s needs for affordable, practical housing that is designed to endure.
If you’re tired of negative news, this is definitely the show for you. Full of laughter, love, creativity, spontaneity, and love. (Oh I mentioned that. Well, it bears mentioning again.)
