It’s now Day 4 of my #BlogAversary and #TriviaContest! Thank you SOOO much to everyone who has been playing and sharing!
On a personal note, today (8/8, the day I’m writing this, not the publish day), I am celebrating my 5th wedding anniversary. Before Mike & I got married, I thought it would be cool to make these signs ~ we’d take pictures with them and use ’em as our thank-you cards. Hubs and I even created them together, and as he said today, we had a lot of fun doing so.
Unfortunately, the day we *actually* got married (8/8/8), it poured rain, a HUGE storm, and we didn’t get to use our signs. 🙁
Today, five years later, we returned to the scene of the crime ~ Jekyll Island, Georgia ~ and set up my camera and tripod and remote control, and took this picture! Aren’t we (and Maggie, our dog) cute?!??! (If’n you want, you can click the photo and see it bigger. Today it was windy. Soooo glad I bothered to fix my hair! {That’s sarcasm, for those of you who don’t know.})
