First Federal is a community bank with branches across across Northwest Arkansas. I served as the Public Communications Officer for almost five years, with primary responsibilites for media relations, the website, and all writing.
I made sure that all collateral matched the bank's branding. One of the pieces I worked on was the Business Checking Brochure (PDF).
